Summary:
Two gates, welded and painted black, with vertical bars spaced about four inches apart, connected by small circles at the top and bottom of the bars. A large bull's-eye design with two outer circles and one closed inner circle overlaps ten vertical bars and is the central design of each gate. The closed central circle forms the handle and lock area.
