Summary:
Obverse: a speaker in colonial dress addresses an assembly. Also, a man and woman in modern dress kneel in prayer. Reverse: A farmer, seen standing holding a spray of wheat in his proper right hand and leading a cow with his proper left hand. There is also a seated female who holds an infant in her upraised arms.
