Summary:
A depiction of Native-American Sioux religious figure Akicita the Messenger, visible from mid-thigh up, mounted against stucco wall. He wears an eagle headdress, earrings and bead-necklaces. His torso is bare. His proper right arm is bent at the elbow with the eagle wing fanning across his body. His head rises above the wall, and his hair flows over the top of the wall.
