Art Deco style architectural decoration on building facade includes a relief depicting Mother Earth, Old Age and Youth, placed above building entrance; and above them, closer to roofline of building, two winged figures at each corner, one holding a torch. In the lower relief, Mother Earth stands in the center, barefoot, with ankle-length robe, arms outstretched to the sides. On her proper left is a figure of Youth, a young barefoot boy, wearing robes holding a scroll in his proper left hand. He stands beside a willow tree or fountain, some greenery and an antelope lying down. On Mother Earth's proper right side, is a smaller figure of Old Age seen in profile, standing barefoot and dressed in robes. He stands beside a deciduous tree and a lion lying down.
