A male figure, representing Justice, dressed from the waist down in a wrapped garment, sits upon a square rock or chair with his proper right arm by his side and his proper left hand holding the hilt of a sheathed sword, the end of which rests near his proper right foot. The figure sits at the top of the stairway of the courthouse.
