Summary:
Two groups of figures in high relief are attached to the brick walls of the hotel's plaza courtyard. One group is installed at the bottom of the wall and is composed of full-length and half-length figures. Some of the figures are pointing up toward the second group of figures which features George Washington and Pierre L'Enfant installed at the top of the opposite wall of the plaza.
