Standing portrait of Bishop Pinkney dressed in long ecclesiastical robes. His proper right arm rests on a short pedestal and his proper left arm is raised. The portrait rests on a tiered base adorned with a relief of a bishop's hat and staff. The back of the base features a relief of a crown and a fleurs-de-lis design.
