Summary:
A relief plaque with a raised image of the Statue of Liberty. She stands wearing a long flowing robe and a seven-pointed headpiece, holding a lit torch in her uplifted proper right arm. In her proper left arm she cradles a tablet. The relief plaque is set within a large wall that is flanked on both sides by shorter planters.
