Summary:
A depiction of the entombment of Christ, with reclining body of Christ surrounded by four figures. One elderly male figure with beard and wearing a turban and robe stands on the left side, slightly bent forward and with his proper right hand resting on Christ's proper right shoulder. There is a male and female figure in the center, with the female's proper right arm reaching down towards Christ. The other elderly male figure at the right is bent forward, his proper left arm reaching towards Christ's legs. Christ's proper right arm hangs limply down by his side and his proper left arm rests on his lap. Above the sculpture is an arch supported by four columns. The arch has the symbol of a cross on its front.
