Summary:
Pair of enormous brown and tan cowboy boots mounted on a base. Insteps and toes of boots are fabricated and painted to resemble quill ostrich, lizard, and calfskin. Upper portion of boots have a design resembling stylized steer heads. Boots are situated in a landscaped setting at shopping mall.
