Summary:
A caricature of a man with a large potato-shaped head, wearing a hat and boots and standing on a boulder. His proper right arm is extended slightly from his side, and the thumb of his proper left hand is hooked into his trouser's pocket. The base is a rock once used by Modoc Indians in the grinding of grains and acorns, and bears numerous depressions created by that grinding.
