Summary:
An abstract piece made up of three long, thin appendages. One appendage is bolted to the base and rises over fifteen feet high. It is Y-shaped and has two long, narrow, steel, sharp appendages attached to the two ends of the Y-shaped rod. The two appendages are attached by bolts, and they move freely in circles with the wind.
