Summary:
Bust relief of Perry Randall as a mature man with thinning hair and a moustache. Wearing coat, tie and vest. Rests on granite base with bronze plaque. Larger granite tablet behind, forming shallow niche with leaves carved above head. Granite walls at either side form exedra, with three steps leading up from grass. Flanked by two squat granite urns.
