Summary:
Plaque with dedicatory inscription to the people whose efforts contributed to the creation and operation of Williams Air Force Base. On the upper corners of the plaque are the silhouettes of two of the first airplanes flown at the base. On the upper right is a P38 and on the upper left is a BT-13. On opposite plaque is honor roll, with 3 column listing of names.
