Figure of the Virgin Mary standing with head bowed and hands folded in a posture of prayer. Feet rest on a truncated sphere; proper left foot crushes a serpent. Statue rests on an octagonal column with a low square base encircled by a ring of concrete. An ornate monogram appears on the front facet of the column.
