Summary:
Figure of a Union soldier standing at parade rest on a tall multi-tiered pedestal. He wears a uniform consisting of a long coat, a cape buttoned at the top and a cap. The soldier holds the barrel of a rifle with both hands. The butt of the gun rest in front on his proper right foot.
