Relief of eight figures, four Native Americans and four pioneers facing each other. One of each is seated. The two central figures represent Miami Chief Little Turtle and Indiana Territorial Goveror William Henry Harrison having just negotiated the Ten O'Clock Line Treaty, also known as the Treaty of Fort Wayne, 1809.
