Summary:
A depiction of a leaning tree trunk with broken limbs. The top of the tree is jagged as if it has been chopped off. The surface of the sculpture is textured like bark and very detailed. At the top of the trunk is a crown and cross with a masonic emblem in relief. Below this is a depiction of a plaque with raised letters. Below this is a depiction of a masonic apron with two ties attached to knobs on the tree. Beneath the apron is an open book with a compass and square. At the base of the tree are four carved fern fronds.
