Summary:
A man and a woman police officer, in short-sleeved uniforms, standing back to back, facing north and south. The man holds a flashlight in his proper right hand. They have walkie-talkies, handcuffs, a gun, etc. The female polic officer stands with her weight on her proper left leg. Her proper left arm is up with her hand in a stop gesture. Figures stand on an irregular-shaped, six-side base inscribed with names of slain officers.
