Summary:
A triple life-size male figure rowing a boat. The boat and the figure are cut off at the bottom, creating the illusion that they are partially submerged under the surface of the plaza. The man wears a long-sleeved shirt, trousers and a baseball cap. His face looks up and slightly to the proper right. Some of the surface is textured with a simulation of dried and cracked mud. The sculpture appears to rest directly on the surface of the plaza.
