Summary:
A bust of Simon Bolivar, the "Liberator" of South America. Bolivar is depicted with a full head of hair swept back from his forehead. He is dressed in a military jacket, with a high collar, epaulets with three stars, and a medallion. The jacket is detailed with braids and leaf patterns. The bust is on a rectangular brick and mortar base. At the front of the base is granite inset with inscription.
