Summary:
A relief showing a simple map of West Virginia surrounded by Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, and Kentucky. The state names and state borders are gold colored. The states are sea blue except Virginia, which is a lighter shade of blue. Over West Virginia is a gold wheel with wings, resting on a cloud. A gold colored representation of the West Virginia State Capitol is placed on the map where Charleston is located. On the Virginia part of the map is a compass in black, gold, and orange.
