Summary:
A series of 800 slender twelve foot long red neon rods are suspended from wires attached to the ceiling above the subway tracks. The rods are arranged in a grid formation and although they are uniform in length, they hang from wires of varying lengths. The neon rods move in the breeze created by the incoming and outgoing subway trains.
