Summary:

The fountain consists of ten rectangular columns, eight of which are set into a dumbbell-shaped basin. The other two columns stand outside of the basin; each one stands singly just outside of the rounded ends of the dumbbell-shaped basin. The columns vary in height and color, including blue, tan, and terra cotta.
