Summary:
Standing male figure representing a dock worker is depicted in high relief on the second-story facade of the building. The figure is almost free standing, but is attached to the facade of the building. The figure wears an open shirt with the sleeves rolled up and a sailor cap. His posture is relaxed and he stares off to his proper right. In his proper right hand he holds a rope wrapped in a coil and in his proper left hand he holds the other end of the rope up to his chest.
