Summary:
Female figure wearing long flowing robes is seated on a block of pink granite with her proper left arm resting on a tall urn positioned next to her on top on the granite block. Her proper left arm is bent at the elbow as her proper hand reaches over to touch her lips. In her proper right hand she holds a bouquet of flowers. Her proper right arm rests on her proper right leg. Her proper left leg is slightly stretched out in front of her. Her eyes look downward and is bent downward. Her long hair is partially pulled back into a bun at the back of her neck. At the base of the granite block is a low flat foundation. A large flat tablet inscribed with the names of the Spencer family stretches out in front of the base.
