The Index Nominum Genericorum subsite, crawled on November 21, 2019, is a compilation of published generic names for algae, fungi, and plants. Due to technical issues, the search function does not properly operate in the web crawl and the names may not be included in the crawl nor be accessible. The International Code of Nomenclature for Algae, Fungi, and Plants: Appendices I-VII subsite, crawled on November 21, 2019, is a compilation of all proposals or requests for names. The Onagraceae subsite, crawled on April 6, 2020, includes phylogeny and classification of the evening primrose family. The Flora of the Hawaiian Islands subsite, crawled on April 6, 2020, documents collaborative research conducted by the National Museum of Natural History and the National Tropical Botanical Garden. It provides information about staff research, visitors, new publications, and plant conservation highlights. The blog has been back-populated with content beginning with the January 1998 issue.
