This accession consists of the email account of Leonard P. Hirsch, international liaison specialist and senior policy advisor for the support of Smithsonian scientific programs, with an emphasis on global environmental issues. Hirsch also is actively involved in gay rights in the workplace, both at the Smithsonian Institution and in the federal government.
