Walter Kleinow (b. 1880), Technical Director, locomotive factory of Allgemeine Elektrizitats-Gesellschaft, Henningsdorf, Germany, was a participant in the Second International Conference on Bituminous Coal, Carnegie Institute of Technology, 1928, where he gave a presentation on the use of pulverized coal as a locomotive fuel.
