This collection consists of a single field book by Lucien Marcus Underwood with Orator Fuller Cook and Robert F. Griggs. The field book includes a list of plants collected by Underwood, Cook, and Griggs in Puerto Rico in 1901. Collector numbers 1 through 1003 are included.
