Consists of records documenting the development, research, planning, and production of activities such as exhibitions, study tours, education department programs, lecture series, workshops, weekend seminars, luncheon lectures, and conferences during the tenures of Jane Clark, Program Coordinator, 1976-1978, Jennifer Jarvis, Program Coordinator, beginning in 1978, and Susan Yelavich, Program Coordinator along with Jarvis, beginning in 1979. Materials include correspondence with organizers for travel programs, speakers, instructors, performers, guides, vendors, and registrants; syllabi; course descriptions; teaching aids; student profile and program evaluation forms; contracts with course leaders; photographs and biographical information for selected instructors; newspaper and magazine articles concerning various programs; fiscal records for course supplies; transcripts of some lectures; program guides and agendas; staff notes and memoranda; informational brochures; meeting minutes; mission statements; and departmental reports.
