Consists of records documenting projects such as mailings and annual appeals during the tenures of Mary Kerr, Development Manager, 1976-1983; Eileen White, Development Manager, 1983-1986; George Nichols, Development Officer, beginning in 1986; and Susan Sweetser, Membership Officer, beginning in 1987. Materials include exhibition schedules, annual appeal files, gift certificates and discounts for high-donors, publication mailings, and corporate member solicitations and prospect lists.
