Summary:
Consists of records that document projects to study and map the surfaces of the Earth and the moon using resources in space such as satellites and astronauts, during the administration of Farouk El-Baz as Director of the Center, 1974-1982. Materials include oversize items consisting mostly of lunar surface maps as well as some photographs of the Earth's surface.
