Fruit Painting, in oil.--To a charming painting exhibited by Thos. S. Noble, St. Louis, was decreed the first premium, Diploma and fifteen dollars. It represented a piece of melon, and vase filled with fruit. Both of the premium articles evinced the genius and skill of genuine artists.
