Of Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania; one of the framers of the constitution of that State; and Member of Congress from the above county. Also author of a history of the Western rebellion, or "Whiskey Insurrection;" lived to an advanced age, and died much lamented by numerous friends. [P. 19.]
