New York March 18th 1866. The attention of yourself and your friends is respectfully called to a Collection of Works by Elihu Vedder, who has recently returned from Rome. These pictures include "The Dead Alchemist," nine illustrations to the fable of "The Miller, his Son and the Donkey," "The Death of Abel," etc., etc. on exhibition for two weeks at Snedecor's Art Gallery, 768 Broadway.
