Bonnie and Claude Aracil renovating their newly purchased Victorian rowhouse in Butchers Hill. This neighborhood was so named in the nineteenth century when residences were built close to businesses. Dozens of butchers were attracted to the area because of its easy access for the delivery of livestock from the farms of East Baltimore.
