The most delicate use of the V for Victory symbol in this World War II cachet collection. The cachet appears to be the thermographed design published by Matthew J. Huss of Evanston, Illinois. This serviceman's cover was sent under Free Franking from Fort Riley, Kansas, and postmarked Junction City, Kansas, December 2, 1944.
