Description:
The design in the upper left is a reproduction of the original design of Scott 21XU1 that has been applied on what was probably a genuine, addressed, hand-carried envelope of the period. The double circle Danville, Virginia, town cancel is counterfeit, as is the segmented cork killer in the upper left.
