Valley with steep rocky granite sides, and lower down grassy slopes with scattered granite blocks. Some birch forest. Very few pines. Valley narrow at this point, opens out below of Minimarg and higher up about the Burzil Chowki (rest house and bungalow). The ascent to the Burzil Pass (13500 ft.) commences at the Burzil Chowki. The trail to the Deosai Plains branches off here, turning up a nullah to the north eastward. Search this
