Only two specimens found in tank 151-03, August 2008. Third specimen not found in collection October 2008.

A correction has been completed for the collection date (year) for field work done by John K. Howard in the Pacific and Indian Oceans from November 1952 – July 1953. Many dates in Collection Events were erroneously entered in the ledger as 1952 when the correct year was 1953 and corrections were made in April 2020.
