Hall 13 Birds of the World: Exhibit Case Birds African Marshes Shoebill Stork
This mount and the Male 216075 were in the Objects of Wonders exhibit from 2016-2024. Once removed from the exhibit they were placed in the original crate for storage at MSC, but the braces have been altered to minimize plumage flattening around the neck. Photos of the old bracing and new bracing are included in this record. A tag with the USNM number was attached to each specimen.
