Ledger states 002 original specimens but as of February/2012, there is only one glycerin specimen found and it is approximately 150mm SL. Received from University of Miami, Coral Gables, Fla thru: L.R. Rivas.

A correction has been completed for the collection date (year) for field work done by John K. Howard in the Pacific and Indian Oceans from November 1952 – July 1953. Many dates in Collection Events were erroneously entered in the ledger as 1952 when the correct year was 1953 and corrections were made in April 2020.
