The exterior fusion crust is rough textured and black in color with evaporites. The interior has a soft black matrix with light colored inclusions.
The sections consist of a few small chondrules (up to 0.5 mm), mineral grains and CAIs set in a black matrix; rare metal and sulfide grains are present. Many chondrules are aqueously altered. Olivine compositions are Fa₀₋₂₅, orthopyroxene is Fs₀₋₄. The matrix consists dominantly of an Fe-rich serpentine. The meteorite is a CM2 chondrite.
