Notes:
Species description indicates that there were 4 specimens from this locality/date (13 Dec 1983), however only 2 are present in the vial (USNM 1661803). USNM 1661802 is from the same locality and also contains 2 specimens, however, they were collected on 8 Mar 1986. Holsinger's card for this locality indicate that there were 2 vials present in the collection. It was determined that both lots are most likely the Paratypes referenced by Zhang & Holsinger, 2003.
