Notes:
Holotype Female. Length 8.5 mm; wing 7.5 mm. Head. Frons (Fig. 1) about as high as wide basally, divergent toward antennae. Callus shining yellow, very slightly expanded in middle, about one-fourth height of frons. Paired velvety spots large, circular, black, lying close to eyes and callus. Tomentum of frons narrowly greyish above callus and around paired dark spots, else- where yellowish. Subcallus yellowish-grey pollinose with small median reddish-brown spot immediately be- low callus. Face and parafacials greyish pollinose crossed from eye to eye just below antennae by a brown band which is pale in middle and dark on parafacials; isolated subantennal dark spots absent. Palpi yellowish, hairs mainly black. Antennae (Fig. 2): first segment shining pale yellow with black hairs, greyish pollinose only at base laterally and on inner face, about three- fourths length of third segment, somewhat swollen over apical two-thirds, distinctly thicker than remaining seg- ments; second segment pale yellow, pollinose, withblack hairs; third segment slender, pale yellow except for tip which is brown like terminal annuli. Thorax. Mesonotum yellow-brown with five broad continuous yellowish-grey longitudinal stripes; median and sublateral stripes continue across scutellum to unite with yellowish-grey posterior margin leaving two iso- lated yellow-brown spots dorsally. Abdomen. Entire dorsum yellow-brown, slightly darker in middle but lacking obvious pattern; hairs yellow. Venter a little darker with yellow hairs. Legs. Slender, entirely yellowish; hairs predominantly yellowish but with some pale brownish hairs especially on forelegs; coxae thinly greyish pollinose. Wings. (Fig. 3) Anterior border distinctly darker (evident without magnification); stigma brown; entire wing with evident pattern of light and dark spots.
