This object is part of the Education and Outreach collection, some of which are in the Q?rius science education center and available to see.
Notes:
Four sherds of Puerco Black-on-Red style pottery. The largest sherd is 6 cm long by 4.5 cm wide while the smallest is 7.5 cm long by 3.5 cm wide. Three pieces are painted on the interior with geometric black on red designs and the fourth piece, which has a partial handle, is painted on the outside. The designs are fragmented but consist of thick solid black bands and thinner black stripes. Two of the sherds are not currently available for display.
