Two pieces of gumboot chiton, 28.1 and 30.4 mm wide, each labeled "with 3876, Chernoffsky, Alaska" on inner side. One has 46244 written on outer side. Accompanying these items is a broken and round paper disk (~44.4 mm) with floral design that says "3876, from Aleut burial place, Chernoffsky, Alaska, Dall." Dall is the collector, associated with catalog numbers 46185-89, items from Unalaska Island.
