CALLED A "HALF SKIRT" (THOUGH APPEARS TO GO ALL AROUND). DONE BY WOMEN. A DOUBLE SECTION OF VERY TIGHT WEAVING - ONE PART FOLDS DOWN PARTLY OVER THE OTHER. TOWARD THE BOTTOM TWO ROWS OF VERY FINELY PATTERNED COLORED HOOPED TRIANGLES. HEMLINE - BAND SMALL COLORED TRIANGLES APPLIED. CONSIDERED A VERY FINE PIECE FOR "FESTIVE OCCASIONS."
