SLEEVELESS SHOULDER CAPE COMING DOWN TO KNEE LENGTH IN THE BACK, TO THE SIDES OF WHICH ARE SEWN A SKIRTSECTION COMING AROUND IN FRONT WITH 2 SMALL SECTIONS OVER THE CHEST; STRING ATTACHED TO THE SHOULDERS. MADE OF LAYERS BROWN COCONUT FIBER SEWN TOGETHER WITH WIDE ROW OF HAND SEWING. THIS IS THE SAME TYPE USED IN JAPAN & CHINA & MAY BE FROM CHINESE PEOPLE IN THE PHILIPPINE ISLANDS RATHER THAN NATIVES.
